Camp DOYAWANNA? 2006

Our ever popular summer camp, Camp DOYAWANNA?, promises to bring great adventures to children in grades one through eight. Play lots of theater games, create characters, and transform your world and let your imagination soar! We'll read and act out stories, make costume and props pieces and work together to learn all about theater. Each session culminates with a great performance.

Session One: Tricksters and Sillies! JUNE 19th - JUNE 23rd (9:30am - 12pm) **For campers entering 1st, 2nd, or 3rd grade in the fall** (PLEASE NOTE: This session is full)

Session Two: Tricksters and Sillies! JUNE 19th - JUNE 23rd (1pm - 3:30pm) **For campers entering 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade in the fall**

Session Three: Time Travelers! JULY 10th - JULY 14th (9:30am - 12pm) **For campers entering 1st, 2nd, or 3rd grade in the fall**

Session Four: Time Travelers! JULY 10th - JULY 14th (1pm - 3:30pm) **For campers entering 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade in the fall**


Wild Swan Theater and the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum team up for a 2 week Drama and Science Extravaganza: Under Water and Over Sky with Drama and Science. Discover the stories, sights, sounds, and sciences under the sea and in outer space. Science and drama team up for an enjoyable and exciting 2 weeks that culminate in a performance on the final day. Camp will be based at the Wild Swan studio and we will walk some days to the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum for science explorations.

Session Five: Under Water and Over Sky with Drama and Science JULY 17th - JULY 28th (9:30am - 12:30pm) **For campers entering 2nd, 3rd, or 4th grade in the fall**


Drama Lab for Middle School Students We will explore acting techniques, improvisation, monologues and scene work. We'll develop voice and movement skills and explore stagecraft in a lively multi-faceted week! We'll conclude on Friday with a showcase performance of the week's work.

Session Six: Drama Lab JULY 31st - AUGUST 4th (9:30am - 3:30pm) **For campers entering 6th, 7th, or 8th grade in the fall**
